At Printer Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.
- Certain items such as opened printer cartridges, consumables, and personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Downloadable software or digital products.
- Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Opened or partially used consumables (ink, toner, etc.), unless defective.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- We may request photos or videos of the product to assess the issue.
- Printer Solutions will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost if the item is confirmed defective.
4. Return Process

- Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
- Ship the product back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
6. Exchanges
- Items may be exchanged for the same product or another product of equal value.
- If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
