At Printer Solutions, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Refund & Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returning products and requesting refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt) is required for all returns.
  • Certain items such as opened printer cartridges, consumables, and personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Downloadable software or digital products.
  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Opened or partially used consumables (ink, toner, etc.), unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • We may request photos or videos of the product to assess the issue.
  • Printer Solutions will provide a replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost if the item is confirmed defective.

4. Return Process

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address provided. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

6. Exchanges

  • Items may be exchanged for the same product or another product of equal value.
  • If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the price difference.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
